My EP is done now time to run this race

I finished the EP and now I got to promote and start performing. I have to admit it is a little intimidating because it has been a minute. I know what needs to be done, but I am new to this aspect of getting your stuff out there. I feel like the is still so much content inside I have to get it out. This night shift has got to go, but the bills keep coming. I know I can compete, but sometimes it is hard to stay encouraged. My woman always says she believes in me, but she loves me so it is sometimes hard to accept it. I need people who have nothing invested to hear it and love it. I just got to get some money and get this stuff out there. Talk to you soon.

It is time to make the show playlist!

So finally I sent off my mastered EP to the CD manufacturing company oasis. That's the good news , but the bad news is I promised to give my office to my daughter so she can have that room & my twins get her room yayy! Now I get the den which is wide open no doors so no more home recording bummer. Time to pick the set list for my shows talk to you soon. Much Love.

Do you ever notice the people who tell you what you can't do never seem to do anything either? I personally believe that if faith is the substance of things not seen then I have to live like I am already living the dream. If you believe and you conceive a vision you can accomplish anything. I believe in the next 5 years I will be a self employed artist and speaker because I know I can do it and so can you. Being a Champion isn't about never failing it is about never quitting. Persistence will bring your dreams into existence so start now. Do something to start creating the habit of success. Start something today because if you don't plant a seed the crop will not grow. Success is just a step away

Sometimes we get irritated when we see people do better than us, but I truly believe it is just a matter of time before breakthrough comes. I recently went through Joel Osteen's new book "It's Your Time" and I enjoy the story he told about when he went hiking in Colorado. While hiking up a mountain an older man coming down from the top told him after seeing Joel tired looking that you are closer than you think. This story is not unique in the fact that many times people are so close to their destination it is closer than they can tell. The choice is ours do we throw in the towel after years of work or keep going & growing until we reach our destination. Don't give up on your dreams. I myself have dealt with disease, loneliness and depression until I realized God loves me wherever I am at in my life. It takes the stress off when you realize that and you can focus on doing the best you can and you will be loved either you are rich and famous or living life like the rest of us. Keep your faith and don't let fear overtake you. Success is just a step away.
